Our work

Detailed information on our three main areas of work can be found under the Research, Education and Treatment and Advice pages. The Responsible Gambling Strategy Board determines the strategy and priorities for research, education and treatment, and we take full account of their strategy.

Our work to date has involved us providing grants to organisations like Gordon Moody, GamCare and the National Problem Gambling Clinic, who can provide advice and treatment for problem gambling and those affected by it. We are currently working towards the commissioning of treatment services. We fund educational initiatives about problem gambling for young people in schools and youth clubs. The evidence base for all this work is provided through our research initiatives.
